How do I sell my diamonds?

If you own loose diamonds or other gemstones that you'd like to sell, simply complete our online evaluation form. We’ll contact you the same day with an offer. If you decide to sell your jewelry pieces to Ivalue Lab, we will pay for FedEx to collect them from your home or workplace and bring them to the Ivalue Lab.

This service is free and your shipment is fully insured. The Ivalue Lab will send you an email confirming receipt of your diamonds and begin the formal appraisal process. You will then be invited to complete the formal sales agreement, online and we’ll immediately transfer your money.

How do I sell my watch or timepiece?

If you have a quality watch or timepiece that you want to sell, simply complete our online evaluation form. We’ll contact you the same day with an offer. If you decide to sell your watch to Ivalue Lab, we’ll pay for FedEx to collect it from your home or workplace and bring it to the IVALUE lab.

This service is completely free and your shipment will be fully insured. The Ivalue Lab will send you an email confirming receipt of your watch and begin the formal appraisal process. You will then be invited to complete the formal sales agreement online and we’ll immediately transfer your money.

Are my diamonds safe with Ivalue Lab?

Absolutely! Your secure FedEx shipment is fully documented, insured and is signed for when it arrives at the Ivalue Lab. We film the opening of your jewelry package and each item is individually examined and clearly recorded on camera. Our lab’s physical security precautions and storage procedures are top notch and we have never lost a single item of our customers’ property.

What if Ivalue Lab decides not to buy my diamonds?

Before we invite you to send us your diamonds or jewelry, we will request you complete a simple online evaluation form and contact you with a realistic offer based on market prices. If for some reason we decide not to buy your diamonds or jewelry, we’ll advise you by email and arrange the immediate return of your items by FedEx.

What if I don’t have the original GIA or other certificate for my diamonds or gemstones?
Don’t worry if you don’t have the original certification for your diamonds or gemstones. Our professional appraisers will accurately evaluate the stone.
Will Ivalue Lab protect my privacy?

Yes, we guarantee your privacy. Ivalue Lab does not sell your details to marketing companies and will never disclose your personal information to any third party unless legally required to do so.

How do I get my money?

As soon as we receive your confirmation of sales form we’ll send you your money. When possible, this will be on the same business day. You have a choice of secure and convenient payment methods: Paypal, Western Union, wire transfer etc.

Does Ivalue Lab have a refer-a friend-scheme?

Yes, if you refer someone to Ivalue Lab and we buy their rings, diamonds or estate jewelry, we will provide you with a 3% commission. 

How do I sell my jewelry?

If you have fine jewelry, rings, pendants or bracelets that you'd like to sell, simply complete our online evaluation form. We’ll contact you the same day with an offer. If you decide to sell your jewelry to IVALUE we’ll pay for FedEx to collect them from your home or workplace and bring them to the Ivalue Lab. This service is completely free and your shipment is fully insured.

Does Ivalue Lab pay more than a pawnbroker?

Yes, we’ll always pay more than a pawnbroker. Local jewelers and pawnbrokers can be shrewd judges of character. They are quick to sense and exploit any naiveté or inexperience in their clients and can sense who needs money urgently. They will always make the lowest possible offer and can usually rely on the fact that any local competitors have exactly the same business philosophy.

Ivalue Lab is not a face to face service and all our offers are made according to our lab’s professional appraisal. When you sell your diamonds, gold or jewelry you’ll be offered a fair price, linked to current market values.


Because we are an online business with low overheads and a massive client base, our clients benefit directly from our lower operating costs and from our long-term attitude towards building a strong reputation.

What if I decide not to sell my diamonds?

If you decide not to sell your diamonds or jewelry, we’ll return them to you via FedEx, usually within 5 business days.

What documentation/proof of ownership do I have to provide?

We believe in keeping it simple and secure at Ivalue Lab. If you want to sell your diamonds, gold or jewelry you must:

  1. Be at least 18 years of age
  2. Complete a short declaration of ownership form.
  3. Upload a good quality color copy of a state-issued photo ID, bearing your signature e.g. driver’s license or passport.

How long does it take to receive my money?
The length of time taken to receive your money will depend on the payment system that you choose, but most of our customers receive their money within 24 hours.
Can I sell diamonds or jewelry on behalf of another person?
